All features revolve around simplifying your work, so you have the top logged events in the first page to one-tap and re-add them, and there's also a public API (beta) for you to make automations via some other tools/systems (with Zapier, IFTTT, or other workflow automation tools).
Additionally, you can import and export events via JSON, and all the apps have their source code available in GitHub, so you're not locked-in.
